1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing the 2626ph website, creating a player account, or using any product or service offered through our platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, including any documents expressly incorporated by reference such as our Privacy Policy and Responsible Gaming Policy.

If you do not agree with any part of these Terms and Conditions, you must discontinue use of 2626ph immediately and refrain from registering an account. Continued use of the platform following any modification to these terms constitutes your acceptance of the updated Agreement.

2 Eligibility & Registration

To register and maintain an active account on 2626ph, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at the time of registration and continuously throughout your use of the platform:

• You must be at least 21 years of age or older, as required under Philippine law and the PAGCOR responsible gaming framework.
• You must be a natural person with legal capacity to enter into binding contracts under the laws of the Philippines.
• You must not be a resident of, or accessing 2626ph from, any jurisdiction in which online gambling is prohibited by applicable law.
• You must not be a current employee, director, officer, contractor, or agent of 2626ph or any of its affiliated entities, nor an immediate family member of such a person.
• You must not have been previously excluded, suspended, or banned from 2626ph for any reason.
• You must not have a self-exclusion status active under any applicable responsible gaming programme.

During the registration process, you are required to provide accurate, current, and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, and a valid government-issued identification document. 2626ph reserves the right to request additional documentation at any time to verify your identity (KYC — Know Your Customer process).

Providing false, misleading, or incomplete registration information constitutes a material breach of this Agreement and may result in immediate account suspension, permanent ban, and forfeiture of any funds held in your account.

3 Account Management

Each player is permitted to maintain only one (1) registered account on 2626ph. The operation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, devices, IP addresses, or payment methods — constitutes a material breach of this Agreement.

You are solely and entirely responsible for all activity that occurs under your 2626ph account. This includes all bets placed, all transactions initiated, and all communications sent. You must take all reasonable precautions to protect your login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes, from unauthorized access.

You must notify 2626ph customer support immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized use of your account or any security breach affecting your credentials. 2626ph will not be held liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account credentials or to report unauthorized access promptly.

2626ph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or close any account at its sole discretion, including pending investigation of any suspected breach of these Terms and Conditions, fraud, or regulatory compliance requirements. In such cases, the platform will communicate the reason to the extent permitted by applicable law.

4 Deposits & Withdrawals

2626ph supports deposits and withdrawals via GCash, Maya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, 7-Eleven Cliqq, USDT TRC20, and Coins.ph. All supported payment methods, applicable minimum and maximum transaction limits, and processing timeframes are detailed on the Cashier page within your account dashboard.

All deposits are credited to your account balance after successful confirmation from the relevant payment provider. 2626ph does not guarantee specific deposit processing times, as these may be affected by the policies and operational processes of third-party payment providers.

Withdrawal requests are subject to successful completion of the KYC identity verification process. 2626ph will not process withdrawal requests from accounts that have not completed mandatory identity verification. Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your name — third-party withdrawals are not permitted.

• Withdrawals to GCash and Maya are typically processed within minutes to a few hours for fully verified accounts.
• Bank transfer withdrawals (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank) may take one to three (1–3) banking days.
• Cryptocurrency withdrawals (USDT TRC20) are subject to blockchain network confirmation times.
• 2626ph reserves the right to request additional verification documents before processing any withdrawal.

All funds deposited must be used for gaming purposes. 2626ph reserves the right to reject or reverse any deposit or withdrawal that it reasonably suspects involves unlawful activity, including money laundering, fraud, or unauthorized use of a payment instrument. The platform complies with applicable Anti-Money Laundering (AML) laws and will report suspicious transactions to the relevant Philippine authorities as required by law.

5 Bonuses & Promotions

2626ph offers various bonuses, promotions, and loyalty rewards to registered players from time to time. Each bonus or promotional offer is subject to specific terms and conditions, including but not limited to wagering requirements, eligible games, minimum deposit thresholds, time limits, and maximum withdrawal caps on bonus-derived winnings.

Bonus funds are separate from real-money funds and are held in a designated bonus wallet until applicable wagering requirements are completed. Wagering requirements must be met within the specified validity period; any unused bonus funds and associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.

2626ph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any bonus or promotion at any time without prior notice. The availability of specific promotions may vary based on your account tier, location, and compliance status.

6 Gameplay Rules

All games available on 2626ph — including slots, live dealer games, bingo, fisher games, sabong, and sports betting markets — are governed by individual game rules published within the platform. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and Conditions and individual game rules, the individual game rules shall prevail with respect to that specific game.

2626ph uses certified random number generators (RNG) for applicable game categories and licensed live dealer streams from regulated studio providers. All game outcomes are determined by these systems and are final. 2626ph does not manipulate game results in any way.

In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or connectivity failure during active gameplay, 2626ph will attempt to resolve the issue fairly on the basis of available records. The platform's decision in such cases shall be final. 2626ph shall not be liable for losses arising from technical failures beyond our reasonable control, including internet connectivity issues on the player's end.

Bets that have already been settled and confirmed are final and cannot be reversed, except in cases of a documented technical error that materially affected the outcome. All decisions regarding bet settlement disputes will be made at the sole discretion of 2626ph management.

7 Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on 2626ph and constitute material breaches of this Agreement:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting another person in registering a duplicate account.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, artificial intelligence tools, or any mechanical or electronic device to interact with games or services on the platform.
• Colluding with other players to gain an unfair advantage in any game, including but not limited to poker, live dealer games, or sports betting pools.
• Engaging in any form of money laundering, including depositing funds derived from criminal activity.
• Exploiting software bugs, errors, or glitches to gain an undue advantage. Any such exploit must be reported to 2626ph support immediately.
• Engaging in systematic bonus abuse, including matched betting using platform promotions or coordinated exploitation of promotional offers.
• Using stolen, fraudulent, or unauthorized payment instruments to fund your account.
• Threatening, harassing, or abusing 2626ph staff, support agents, or other players through any communication channel.
• Accessing or attempting to access another player's account without authorization.
• Providing false identity documents or misrepresenting your identity during the KYC verification process.

2626ph reserves the right to take any action it deems appropriate upon detecting a prohibited activity, including immediate account suspension, permanent ban, forfeiture of all balances, and referral to the appropriate Philippine law enforcement and regulatory authorities.

8 Privacy & Data

The collection, use, storage, and disclosure of your personal information by 2626ph is governed by our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into this Agreement by reference. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also acknowledge and accept the terms of our Privacy Policy.

2626ph collects and processes personal data for the purposes of account registration, identity verification (KYC), transaction processing, fraud prevention, regulatory compliance, customer support, and platform improvement. Your data will not be sold to third parties for marketing purposes.

2626ph implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data from unauthorized access, disclosure, or misuse. However, no method of data transmission over the internet is completely secure, and 2626ph cannot guarantee absolute security.

9 Responsible Gaming

2626ph is committed to promoting responsible gaming and providing tools that help players maintain control over their gambling activity. All registered players have access to the following responsible gaming features within their account settings:

10 Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, 2626ph, its directors, officers, employees, affiliates, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the platform, including but not limited to:

• Loss of funds resulting from unauthorized account access caused by your failure to protect your credentials.
• Technical failures, service interruptions, or data loss beyond our reasonable control.
• Losses arising from your reliance on any information or content published on the platform.
• Any delays in deposit crediting or withdrawal processing attributable to third-party payment providers.

The services on 2626ph are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we make every effort to maintain platform availability and accuracy of game outcomes, we do not warrant that the platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.

In any event, 2626ph's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from or related to this Agreement shall not exceed the total amount you have deposited into your 2626ph account in the thirty (30) days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

11 Termination

You may close your 2626ph account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any pending bonus requirements) will be refunded to your verified payment method, subject to standard withdrawal processing procedures.

2626ph reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate your account at any time, with or without prior notice, if it determines in its sole discretion that you have breached any provision of these Terms and Conditions, engaged in fraudulent or illegal activity, or if required to do so by applicable law or regulatory directive.

Upon termination for cause, any funds remaining in your account — including bonus balances and winnings derived from prohibited activities — may be forfeited in whole or in part at the discretion of 2626ph, without prejudice to any other remedies available to the platform under this Agreement or applicable law.

12 Governing Law & Dispute Resolution

These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with this Agreement shall first be attempted to be resolved amicably through direct negotiation with 2626ph customer support.

If a dispute cannot be resolved informally within thirty (30) calendar days of the initial complaint, the matter shall be referred to binding arbitration under the applicable rules and procedures of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. (PDRCI). The language of arbitration shall be English, and the venue shall be Metro Manila, Philippines.

Nothing in this clause shall prevent 2626ph from seeking urgent injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction in the Philippines where necessary to protect its legitimate interests.
